About Us

Whittier Elementary School was built in 1948 at the very north end of the district, adjacent to Everett Community College. The school has been expanded several times since 1948, including a library addition and more classrooms in 1986 and floor renovations in 2003. Thanks to voter approval of the 2006 construction bond, Whittier Elementary School was completely modernized, including a new gym.

SCHOOL HOURS:

• Regular Hours: 8:35 a.m. - 2:50 p.m
• Early Release: 12:20 p.m. dismissal
• Learning Improvement Friday: 1:35 p.m. dismissal
